Isaac Nabors, PT, DPT, ScD(c), MS, OCS, CEAS, Cert DN, COMT, FAAOMPT

Isaac received his Bachelor’s in Exercise Sports and Health Sciences from Texas Tech University in 2004 and his Master’s in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2007. He completed a transitional Doctorate of Physical Therapy [2015] while matriculating through Andrews University’s Doctorate of Science in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy with an emphasis in Applied Anatomy/Physiology and Biomechanics which he is expected to complete in December 2023. Isaac opened Baylor Scott and White Rehabilitation’s Addison clinic as Center Manager in March 2013. After leaving Baylor in 2015, he partnered with another PT to open a private Physical Therapy practice in Plano. Isaac began his tenure with Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Associates in May 2016 and became partner in 2021.

Isaac received the prestigious designation of Fellow by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy [FAAOMPT] and earned the designation of a Certified Orthopaedic Manual/Manipulative Therapist [COMT] from the internationally esteemed North American Institute of Manual Therapy [NAIOMT] in 2014. He is also a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association awarded in 2012. He became certified in Dry Needling through the Dry Needling Institute in 2013. He also completed a three-year mentorship through the Institute of Physical Art [IPA] from 2007-2010. Isaac was certified as an Ergonomic Assessment Specialist in 2018.

Clinically, Isaac’s interests are Manual Therapy, Prescriptive Exercise, Chronic Pain, Orthopaedics, Biomechanics, Concussion Management, Performance Enhancement, and Speed, Agility, and Quickness. Outside of work, Isaac enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and children, family and friends, serving in ministry, working out, tinkering on cars, training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and playing flag football.
